WHAT IS DAILYOBJECTS CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at (mail) or call us on +91 85277-22146 between 9AM and 6PM, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse but if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your order before shipment, you can reach out to us at (mail) in order to notify. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION?

The policies for all products are different. Please check the Shipping & Returns tab on the main product page to check if the products are cancellable/returnable or not. HOW CAN I GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
